Platform Usage Agreement

The User agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement when using the Platform , and in case of dissatisfaction with it or the contents he can stop using it. These terms and conditions include:

First: Access to the platform

The User is fully responsible for making all necessary preparations to access the platform. The Platform retains all rights to block or modify all services and content it provides through it, in absolute appreciation of them and without the need to alert the User. We do not endure a platform for any reason that the platform is unavailable at any time and for any period.

Second: Intellectual Property Rights

The full content and features of the Platform (including but not limited to all information, services, texts, photos, design, etc.) belong to the Platform, its team and service providers, and are protected internationally by intellectual property and publishing laws. This Agreement allows the user to use the platform for non-commercial matters only, and will not grant the Platform any rights relating to the platform or its content to the User, and the Platform Management retains its full ownership rights to the platform.

The User shall not reproduce, distribute, modify or create works of the content of the platform, and shall not publicly display, upload, transfer or store any material of its contents.

The user must not tamper with or delete trademarks, title marks or any evidence of intellectual property from copying material taken from the platform.

The User must not access and use the platform or use any part or part of its contents and services for commercial purposes.

The user must not use the name and logo of the Platform and all related names, logos, products, services and design. They belong to the platform, its affiliates or licensees.

Third: User’s obligations and endorsements

The User has the right to use the platform for legitimate reasons and within the limits of this Agreement.

The user undertakes not to use the platform in ways that violate local and external laws.

The user undertakes not to send, receive, upload, upload and use any material that does not comply with the content standards described below.

The user undertakes not to impersonate or attempt to impersonate the name of the Platform .

The user undertakes not to do anything to disrupt, damage or prejudice the platform, and not to interfere with others’ use of it.

The User undertakes not to use any technology, electronic devices or other means of accessing and accessing the platform for unlawful reasons or in violation of the terms of this Agreement.

The user undertakes not to introduce or attempt to introduce viruses or other malicious or technologically harmful material to the platform.

The user undertakes not to share any trademark or external links within the platform without prior written permission, granted by an authorized representative of the Platform .

Fourth: Content standards

The following content standards apply to all user publications and contributions and the uses of the platform’s provided interactive services. Users’ publications and contributions must conform to all standards of domestic and international law. Without specifying the above, the user’s publications and contributions must:

Contain no defamatory, indecent, offensive, degrading, disturbing, violent or undesirable material.

Do not promote sexual, pornographic or violent material or discriminate on grounds of race, sex, religion, disabilities, sexual orientation or age.

The rights of any patent, trademark, trade secrets or intellectual property rights of any other party shall not be violated.

Do not violate others’ legal rights (including propaganda and privacy rights), and do not contain any material leading to civil or criminal accountability under applicable laws.

Not to promote any illegal activity or assistance in unlawful acts.

Do not cause inconvenience, anxiety or embarrassment to any user or other person.

The user does not impersonate any other person, or belong to other groups and organizations.

Not to include business activities or sales and purchases.

Be not intended to deceive or give the impression that the company has approved it.

Fifth. Surveillance, security and termination

Platform management has the right to take the necessary legal action, including by referring to the law in case of any unlawful use of the platform.

Platform management has the right to delete or reject any contribution or publication by the user regardless of the reasons.

Platform management has the right to take the necessary measures that it finds appropriate and necessary within the scope of respecting the user’s publications or contributions.

Platform management has the right to disclose the identity and information of the user at the discretion of any other party who alleges that the user’s publications violate the rights of those parties, including their intellectual rights or privacy.

Platform management has the right to take the necessary legal action, including by referring to the law in case of any unlawful use of the platform.

Platform management has the right to terminate or suspend the user’s membership and access to the platform or any part thereof.

Without specifying the above, the Platform Management reserves the right to cooperate fully with the legal and security authorities in disclosing the identity or information of any person who has published materials and contributions on the platform. The Platform does not undertake to review the material prior to its publication on the Platform , nor does it guarantee the prompt removal of the material that has been challenged after its publication. The Platform Management is therefore not responsible for any act or omission relating to transfers, communications or content submitted by any person or third party. The Platform is not obliged and is not accountable to anyone for the implementation or non-implementation of the activities described in this section

Sixth :Violation of copyright:

Platform management takes copyright infringement allegations seriously, and Platform management will respond to alleged right infringement notices when needed. If the user believes that any accessible material posted on or by the platform violates their copyright, they can request to be removed from the platform by providing a written notice to Admin@rabah.mechhoud.com

A written notice must contain:

The actual or electronic signature of the user.

Identify the substance that the user believes has been infringed or infringed, and provide a list in case of multiple violated substances.

The user should know the materials that have been violated accurately in order to allow the management of the Platform to identify those materials well and quickly.

Provide Platform management with sufficient information that enables it to communicate with the user, including name, mailing address, telephone number and email if any.

Statement confirming that the person who used the copyright-protected material is not authorized to use it by the author, his agent or the law.

Statement that the information mentioned in the written notice is accurate and correct.

A statement confirming that the user is authorized by the copyright owner to act on his behalf.

The applicant must know that if it is proven to misrepresent the materials and claim their publishing rights erroneously and deliberately, he or she will be liable for the damages caused (including legal fees and costs.

Seventh: Privacy

All information provided by the platform is subject to the Privacy Policy, and by using the platform, the user agrees to all actions with respect to their information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Eighth: No promises

The user’s use of the Platform or any feature obtained through the Platform is at the user’s own risk. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any promises of any kind, either express or implied. Neither the Platform nor any person or entity associated with the Platform makes any promises, warranties or representations regarding the completeness, security, quality, reliability and availability of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Platform nor any person or entity associated with the Platform makes any promises or warranties that the contents or portions of the Platform will be uninterrupted, free of viruses and other harmful components, or that the Platform and any feature obtained through the Platform will meet your needs and expectations, and accordingly, the Platform disclaims all warranties whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.

Ninth: Changes to the policy

Tenth : Communication and Cancellation

After payment by credit card, the customer cannot cancel the order.
