About The Platform
This is the platform of Algerian mujahid and diplomat Rabah Mechhoud, including his memoirs and a selection of video and audio recordings and articles written by him and about him, gathered on this blessed platform, by the grace of God, to remain for us and for future generations, God willing, just as he wanted it to be when he was among us, constantly following its progress despite his illness.
The memoirs of the mujahid and diplomat Rabah Mechhoud represent a tremendous work and a historical value that we are proud of, in which he tells the story of one of the free people, revolutionaries, mujahideen, and his testimony to the most important eras of free Algeria in its history, this is his living testimony and the secrets of his life that he tells for the first time, who was at the center of all the critical events in the Algeria of the Free, and an influential factor in them. This is a document of history that documents much about the Liberation Revolution, the National Liberation Army and its heroic men, tells and describes many of the secrets of that great historical revolution, describes part of the steadfastness and sacrifices of this people, and introduces this mujahid hero and his biography.
This is the biography of a man who took up arms against the occupier, took up the pen, oratory and revolution against intruders and retreaters, and took up diplomatic work in favour of his country as it should be. May God envelop the Algerian mujahid and diplomat Rabah Mechhoud in his vast mercy and gather him among the righteous martyrs, and may God bless our prophet Muhammad.

Works after Independence
Counsellor at the Presidency of the Republic from 1963 until 19-06-1965, then a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he worked in several Arab and foreign countries, and served as Algeria’s representative at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation, in addition to his participation in a number of international student conferences and a number of Arab summits, while working to introduce the Arabic language to the United Nations and its specialised agencies, he continued his charitable activities as honorary president of the National Charity Association of Kafel Al Yatem.
Forming
He was a student at the Abdelhamid Ibn Badiss Institute in Constantine, then at the Zaytouna University in Tunis, and a graduate of the University of Baghdad in Iraq, where he was president of the branch of the General Union of Algerian Muslim Students.
Works during the revolution
Officer in the National Liberation Army during the Algerian Liberation Revolution, worked in the military office in Cairo, member of the secret organisation during the Algerian Liberation Revolution, editor of the radio and television headquarters in Constantine
Arrested many times during his jihad against the French occupation.
