The fourth part of the memoirs of Algerian diplomat and mujahid Rabah Mechhoud
In this fourth part, I address my memoirs after my return from Jordan to Algeria and from there to the United Arab Emirates, where I started another phase of my work, all of which took place in circumstances full of events that I will reveal for the first time.
Introduction to Part Four
After my return from Jordan, I met the President of the Republic ‘Boukhrouba Mohamed’ or ‘Houari Boumediene’, head of the government and head of the Revolutionary Council as it was presented at that time, and after I handed him my report, I found through his speech and questions that he was following everything, in addition to what was happening in Jordan, and what I was doing and my activities
During that meeting, we talked about the conditions of the Palestinians in Jordan, especially the conditions of the resistance and the Palestinian National Liberation Movement ‘Fatah’, which Algeria was supporting solely and exclusively, knowing that it was the only Palestinian resistance organisation before the famous ‘Battle of Dignity’ that took place in March 1968, then every group of Palestinians became an organisation until the number of these organisations reached about 23 organisations, each with its own flag, headquarters, prison, police, gendarmerie, etc.
After that meeting, I started another phase of my work in Algeria, then in the United Arab Emirates, Italy and then back to Algeria, all of which took place in difficult circumstances and full of events that I will reveal for the first time, which I will recount below to my esteemed readers
